Older Persons Grant Payment: 4 November 2025
Older Persons Grants were scheduled for Tuesday, 4 November 2025. This was the first regular SASSA payment date for the month.

What Was the SRD R370 Payment Date for November 2025?
The SRD R370 grant was not paid to every beneficiary on 4, 5 or 6 November.
SRD payments were handled separately from the regular three-day SASSA payment schedule and were processed in batches. An approved applicant therefore needed to check the payment information attached to their own November SRD status.
Thursday, 6 November 2025 was the regular Children’s Grants payment day. It was not one universal R370 payday for every SRD beneficiary.
Did You Have to Withdraw the Grant on Payment Day?
No. Beneficiaries did not have to withdraw the entire grant on the scheduled payment day.
If the payment had already reached a bank or Postbank account, the money could remain in the account until it was needed.
This also means that an old bank statement may show one date for the incoming SASSA credit and a different date for the beneficiary’s cash withdrawal, purchase or transfer.
If someone withdrew their grant on 10 November, for example, that does not change the official payment schedule for the grant category.
